Park Hacienda Apartments, Below Market Rate (BM) Waitlist is now CLOSED and we are accepting pre-applications through April 21, 2023 at 5PM. Our Below Market Rate program is through the City of Pleasanton. Please click on the link below to apply.


Eligibility Information

All potential residents must qualify based on annual income (including income from assets) and household size, as well as credit, criminal and rental history.

Eligibility for an affordable unit is determined by City of Pleasanton and HUD guidelines on resident selection. Your income and asset information will be verified through third parties to determine the household’s combined annual income in accordance with HUD Public Housing Program requirements.

Unit Size/Occupancy Requirements

Park Hacienda Apartments is comprised of 26 three-story buildings with 540 units. The property has many amenities, including in unit washer and dryer, gym, two pools, package room, onsite maintenance and management team, easy access to public transportation, and a convenient shopping center across the street.

  • 2x2 $1000
  • 3x2 $1200
  • 3x3 $1200

Please note additional deposit may be required based on credit screening score
